Good value overall

Decent Tempo iSUP, long wait
I ordered the Tempo iSUP for myself. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, no complaints there. I also bought a waterproof dry bag, which has been really useful. Setup was easy, I followed the online guide. Customer service wasn't needed, so can't comment on that.
